 Hear us out, friends. This event is actually sold out, but we still want to put it on your radar. It's an event for those interested in a career in the cannabis industry. New York State legislation prioritizes those harmed by the prohibition of cannabis by establishing a goal to award 50% of business licenses to social equity candidates. They're saying the work prioritizes diversity, equity, and quality jobs in the emerging cannabis industry through skills training, entrepreneurism services, workforce supports, legal education for employees and employers, and the development of high-road career pathways. This is huge! They have a bunch more events coming up (Feb 1, Feb 8, March 1, March 8...).
